Wild Rumpus

 

Apparel design project for A&F, Senior Year, Fall 2011. Research company and create a trend board, swatch board, and mood board. Design four full looks for your collection and include flats. Wild Rumpus, is for Fall 2012. Designs done in colored pencil and pastel, digital flats.

Spring Forward

 Final Collection for Draping, Junior Year, Spring 2011. Spring Forward, nspired by Liz Claiborne. A Spring, ready-to-wear line.

Tunic top with cap sleeves. Cream Jersey with green beading detail.

 

 Day, sleeveless dress with a cowl back. Mint green silk.

 Tube top, cocktail dress. Corset undergarment with boning, salmon and cream striped silk, cream silk lining, with a side zipper. Cropped day jacket with 3/4 sleeves and mandarin collar. Lime green and cream swirl pattern cotton fabric and cream jersey lining.

Weaving

 Weaving Project, Junior Year, Spring 2011. Off The Runway, made with cream yarn, fashion magazine clippings, and scraps of various fabric.

Final Top Hat and Hat Box, Junior Year, Fall 2010. Top Hat done in navy, green, and red plaid, navy ribbon detail, and feather. Hat box done in spray-painted gold board and navy ribbon detail.

Beene Inspired

Final for Draping, Junior Year, Fall 2010. Collection inspired by the designer, Geoffrey Beene. Final pieces include: A crop, v-neck top in gray suede, with maroon jersey and blue, mesh detail. Gold, button closure in back and gold sequin detail. An a-line skirt with waistband in dark gray suede, with blue, mesh detail. Gold, exposed zipper closure in back and gold sequin detail. Prima Ballerina

Final project for Fashion Drawing, Sophomore Year, Spring 2010. Childrens' Wear Line inspired by Ballet. Ready-to-wear seperates. Illustrations done in pencil, watercolor pencil, and pastel. Hand-drawn flats in pen and gray marker.

My Final piece from Sophomore Year, Spring 2010. Inspired by a 1950's Housewife. Cocktail dress with high neck, overlay top. Black silk, blue & black floral pattern silk, back zipper, and belt detail.

On the Nile

My final piece from Freshman Year, Spring 2009. Inspired by Egyptian art and design. A one shoulder, crop top with a snake detail wrapped around the body. Muslin spray-painted gold, ligh blue jersey, and grey tubing.
